v1.1.9
Current Asset Store packageActive UI version during state restoration
Keep restored game state and media tied to the exact Player UI that is active after an update.
- Forward Android touch gestures outside interactive overlay hit regions to Unity's content view instead of losing them at the WebView host.
- RestoreActivePlayerOverlayStateAsync now preserves the active overlay version while project code republishes session state and installed asset roots after activation.
v1.1.8
Typed Addressables dependency download
Download dependencies for locations resolved from a candidate catalog without selecting Unity's string-key overload.
- Use the strongly typed dependency-download helper with resolved Addressables resource locations before accepting a remote UI update.
- Follow the documented operation-handle ownership and project-controlled catalog workflow for Android, iOS, and Editor integrations.
v1.1.7
Public Editor APIs and platform-safe native binding
Build project-owned React editor tools on supported public APIs and keep iOS native symbols isolated from Android builds.
- Use public Editor WebView and overlay-build APIs with verified local packages, authenticated documents, native bounds, and reload-safe lifetime management.
- Keep iOS native symbol binding out of the shared managed DLL so Android IL2CPP builds do not require project-side P/Invoke rewriting.
- Export packages with dependencies selected for the target Unity Editor and retain failure logs outside the disposable export stage.
v1.1.6
Native macOS Studio and command recovery
Complete the ReLayer Studio native surface on Apple Silicon and keep successful macOS commands from being misreported as failures.
- Match Studio's native macOS surface and managed delivery contracts for Unity 2022.3 and Unity 6.
- Fix macOS build, preview, and recovery supervision when a successful child exits while a POSIX process probe reports EPERM.
v1.1.5
ReLayer Studio and clearer delivery workflows
Bring settings, validation, builds, diagnostics, and guides into a local React editor workspace with ReLayer's website branding.
- Open ReLayer Studio for Overview, UI Delivery, Diagnostics, and Guide. Its packaged interface opens without internet, Node.js, or the game's development server; game UI editing and builds retain their existing toolchain requirements.
- Keep Unity-owned settings, explicit target selection, field validation, Undo/Redo, and authenticated document-scoped commands. Closing Studio leaves builds running; interrupted operations are not automatically replayed.
- Keep existing UI Delivery and Preview Status shortcuts, with native Recovery available independently of the React interface. Studio requires its matching Editor-native payload; older Apple payloads can use Recovery until the Studio-capable payload is built and verified on Mac. Existing player support is unchanged.
- Switch Bundled, Addressables, Hosted, Local and Custom delivery in Tools > ReLayer > UI Delivery, with mode-specific setup, validation and Play Mode controls.
- Connect custom download services through IReLayerPlayerContentProvider while retaining archive verification, existing local storage, safe application and rollback.
- Test Hosted releases from the Editor with read-only HTTPS file hash, MIME and conditional-request checks.
- Fix standalone Windows UI-build monitoring when a child process exits during memory sampling, while retaining ownership checks, memory limits and timeouts.
- Use Editor-compatible Addressables: Windows-tested combinations are Unity 2022.3.62f2 with 1.21.19 and Unity 6000.5.2f1 with 2.10.3. Version 1.21.19 does not compile on Unity 6000.5. Keep the shipped Player's Editor, Addressables and content-state baseline for UI-only updates.
- Handle Unity 6 optional export previews and schema-3 plug-in metadata without relaxing architecture checks.
- Restore Windows Editor live reload for the approved local development page, including Auto mode and encrypted bridge reconnection.
- Keep Live Twin synchronized across local page reloads while continuing to block navigation to other documents.
- Avoid blocking Unity while Android starts its WebView, and cancel queued native work cleanly.
- Keep explicitly hidden UI hidden after canceled or failed updates; delayed state restoration cannot replace newer UI or mix content versions.
- Prevent a Windows WebView teardown deadlock during UI replacement and recovery while preserving queued game input.
- Refresh macOS and iOS native delivery API v1 payloads with matching package identity alongside the Windows and Android hot-update backends.
- Explain missing setup before a build and show update controls only when player delivery is being tested in Play Mode.
- Keep scene routing and lifecycle controls in a closed Scene options foldout, edit effective linked settings, and keep the Editor responsive during the UI web build.
- Find Initializer-owned hidden WebViews in Preview Status and keep the player-delivery preview checkbox readable in the Inspector.
- Distinguish new-version discovery, local installation, safe-point readiness and the active UI, while preventing overlapping update actions.
- Keep the generated dist-boot shell out of authored-source changes so separate built-in and remote entry points retain a stable fingerprint.
- Add an English S3 and CloudFront walkthrough with real AWS Console screenshot cards, plus current recovery and content-pack guidance.
v1.1.4
Version-aware state restoration
Expose the exact document version being restored, including last-good rollback.
- Use PlayerOverlayRestoreVersion inside the restore hook to select matching authoritative state and installed media roots before the replacement is shown.
v1.1.3
Startup control and verified content packs
Support project-owned startup decisions without changing the automatic defaults.
- Show the built-in shell explicitly or activate the last verified local UI without another network query.
- Select a release-specific Addressables key before delivery starts.
- Install separately bundled media with atomic promotion, manifest and hash checks, portable paths and immutable content-pack identity.
v1.1.2
Player UI delivery and Hosted updates
Choose StreamingAssets, Hosted HTTPS, Addressables, or PersistentDataPath from one Initializer while existing projects keep their current behavior by default.
- Build immutable, content-versioned UI releases with one Build UI Update action; ReLayer creates the manifest and version automatically.
- Detect Hosted releases in the background, keep the current screen stable, and apply a prepared update at overlay reopen or one explicit safe point.
- Download and install verified Addressables packages through a project-owned catalog flow for S3 or CDN delivery and offline reuse.
- Fence every document and bridge session by approved origin, top-level frame, document authentication, and stale-callback rejection.
- Recover to the last installed UI or the built-in StreamingAssets UI when a remote release is unavailable or fails validation.
v1.1.1
Exact platform contracts and iOS lifecycle safety
Made the packaged native support matrix explicit and strengthened deterministic setup, viewport policy, and iOS lifecycle behavior.
- Matched Unity plug-in import settings to the exact Windows, Apple Silicon, iOS, and Android binaries shipped in the package.
- Added deterministic npm lockfiles, reviewed esbuild installation, and early Node.js compatibility diagnostics.
- Added project-owned viewport policies so Game View and Device Simulator coordinates follow each game's logical resolution.
- Bound the complete iOS lifecycle ABI into package and final-player verification.
v1.1.0
Interactive Live Twin
Turned Live Twin into a bidirectional browser control surface for the authoritative Unity Play Mode WebView without starting a second React app.
- Added click, focus, form value, selection, scroll, keyboard, pointer, drag, and submit controls.
- Ordered control from up to eight browser tabs with authoritative settled revisions and bounded deduplication.
- Kept privileged browser actions, arbitrary JavaScript, navigation, and unsupported trusted-event workflows blocked.
- Added framed bridge subscriptions and package-level Live Twin acceptance checks.
